PLACING ORDERS
Orders may be phoned, mailed, or faxed in. Always use catalog part
numbers to save time and eliminate errors. We accept MasterCard, VISA or
Discover. Use your card to save COD fees! No personal checks are
accepted. Call for freight quotation if you wish to pre-pay with a money
order.RUSH ORDERS
Rush orders must be called in before 11:00 am Central Time, to be
shipped within the same day (in stock items only). There is a service
charge of $5.00 for all rush orders.
PAYMENT
All orders are shipped COD Money Order (except Alaska, Canada and
overseas) or prepaid with MasterCard, VISA or Discover. We do not accept
personal checks. All truck freight, Canadian, overseas, non-UPS, or air
shipment orders must be prepaid with a credit card. COD fee is $6.00,
use your credit card to prepay and save COD fees.
FREIGHT
All orders shipped UPS. Canada and overseas will also be shipped UPS. We
offer standard 3 Day Ground UPS, Blue Label 2nd Day Air UPS and Red
Label Overnight Air UPS.
REFUSED ORDERS
If you order merchandise, change your mind, and refuse the package, we
charge a 20% restocking fee plus freight both ways. These charges are
the purchaser's responsibility and the account is put on a prepaid
status until paid.
RETURNS
No merchandise will be accepted for return without prior authorization.
Return privileges expire ten (10) days from shipping and a 20%
restocking charge plus freight is assessed on all returns. Items
returned for credit or exchange must be in new, unused condition in the
original package and be received by us within 10 days of the return
authorization date. We cannot accept returns of special orders
(non-catalogued items) or electrical parts for any reason. A copy of the
original invoice must accompany all returns.
DEALERS
We have dealer programs and pricing for any legitimate snowmobile dealer
or snowmobile repair shop. We cannot offer dealer pricing unless we have
a completed dealer application on file for your company. Please call for
an application.

All prices effective July 1, 2005, and are F.O.B. Reichard's Performance
Center, Germantown, WI. Prices subject to change without notice.
