#3263 WILDCAT TRAIL PORTING

Reassemble engine being certain to properly clean everything. Cylinders and pistons can be washed in hot soapy water then lubricated with 2-cycle oil. Also lubricate pistons, rings, and cylinders thoroughly with your 2-cycle oil during assembly. Piston rings and all gaskets should always be replaced.

* Pre-mix your first tank of fuel at 50—1 mix with the same oil you are using in your injection system. Do not put oil in the fuel after the first tank of fuel. Do not start engine until fuel in tank is pre-mixed first.

* Carb sync must be properly set. Use of the #1070 sync gauge is hi recommended for proper adjustment.

* Carburetor jetting must be properly set to our specifications. Install the proper tuning kit from the catalog or our 44mm power jet c kit which comes factory jetted for your modified Wildcat.

* Use alcohol and ethanol free 92 octane unleaded premium fuel.

* This porting package has been extensively tested and developed using our flecker twin pipes and our 44mm powerjet carb kit. Use of other pipes or carb kits will cause a performance loss and probable engine seizure.

* Your clutches must be retuned for optimum performance with this porting. Your stock clutches can be retuned using one of our tuning kits from the catalog.

* Maximum performance with this porting and our twin pipes is at 8300— M RPM. Our clutch tuning kit will shift at this RPM.

CAUTION: To avoid engine damage absolutely no internal engine or carb modifications are encouraged other than what is recommended by Reichard’s Performance Center.
